Zabuun is a customer-feedback site that makes it super easy for customers to post comments about their experience with any business instantly via text message for the world to see. You don't need to create an account to post a comment. However, by creating an account, you can access additional features including attaching photos, voice recordings, and videos to your comments in addition to sharing your comments with your friends on Facebook and Twitter.

It is our hope that Zabuun will make it easier for customers to learn about companies they plan on doing business with and for businesses to learn from customer feedback to improve their products and services.

The idea for Zabuun came about when I went to a vet clinic to get Sniffy (my cat) X-rayed. The X-ray service costed $75. When I asked for a copy of the X-ray, I was charged $15 for the vet to burn it to a CD. Needless to say, I was ripped off not only because I already paid for the X-ray ($75) which should include getting a copy of the X-ray results, but I was also charged $15 for a freakin' CD which costs pennies at Costco. I was planning on writing a negative review online once I got home but of course, once I got home, I wasn't in the mood to anymore and just forgot about it. Had Zabuun existed then, I could've just texted my negative review right in front of the representative instantly.
