How It Works

Whenever you feel the need to praise or complain about a business, post a comment instantly via SMS from your mobile phone by sending a text message to (650) 450-8995 with a message in the following format:

business name * business location * score * your comment

where score ranges from 1 (very bad) to 5 (very good)

If sending a text comment from outside the U.S., send your text message to 001 650 4508995.

Posting Rules

• You may only post one comment per business per week.
• You may only post comments about businesses and not individuals.
• Negative comments must include a description for why they're negative. Just saying "This company sucks" isn't acceptable.
